If you’re worried about being able to pay your water bill, we can offer you support and tailor a solution to suit your individual circumstances. We can help you out with payment arrangements, extensions, links to financial support groups, help you with external grants applications and more.

Need a little bit longer to pay your bill? Request a one-off 14-day payment extension on your bill.

Do you have an eligible concession card? You might be able to access discounts on your water and sewerage payments. Fill out a Concession Registration Form here.

If you need help via a one-off payment due to temporary financial issues, we can help you apply for a government grant called the Utility Relief Grant. You can fill out a form to register for an appointment.

Are you a business customer? You can request a callback from our Business Customer Assistance Team through this form to see what options or assistance may be available to you.

You can also manage your account through our Customer Portal.
