Our Stakeholder Engagement Policy ensures that our decisions are guided by the priorities of customers and the wider community. We are committed to ustilising the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) core values in our stakeholder engagement activities.
We provide various opportunities for customer and community engagement including Community Reference Committees for specific projects when required.
The Corporate Community Reference Committee (CCRC) finished their term in December 2017.
As part of our new five year plan we will hold Annual Performance Forums (APF) where a representative group of customers will critique our progress against delivery of outcomes and our broader performance as well as provide recommendations for action. The APF will be a key element of ensuring our accountability to customers during the 2018-2023 period.
