Certification Documentation Procedure
There are four stages to certification and at the end of each stage and before proceeding to the next, the Consultant must complete the Certification Documentation and submit to us. The stages include:
The Certification Documents form part of the Agreement entered into between us and the owner.
We will not act an an inspector or an approver of design, construction or administration of the works, we rely on the Consultant to certify to documents are correct. The 'As Constructed' Plans provided by the consultant form part of the certification and if at any stage the during the process things change or are no longer correct the Consultant must notify us in writing.
