Goulburn Valley Water has developed an electronic form (PDF) which allows you to send Information Statements and Special Meter Reading requests via email, fax or post.
Monthly accounts are available to Customers who apply for information statements and special meter readings on a regular basis.
For those customers who do not fit the above criteria you may still use our our electronic form, although payment together with your generated receipt number must be received at this office before the statements will be issued.
