This stage brings together customers to decide on final levels of service considering overall bill impacts
It aims to collaborate with a group of customers to decide on the pricing submission.
Access will be given to experts with time to deliberate over information on cumulative bill impacts of their choices.

STAGE 3 Outcomes
We further explored three key topics identified through the previous stages’ engagement. We brought together a group of diverse customers representing our customer base and asked them to deliberate carefully and in detail over a number of sessions, spread out over a couple of weeks. These sessions explored bill impacts of different levels of service and projects, and asked customers to provide advice on some decisions for our draft pricing submission, based on their deliberations.
