Our Stakeholder Engagement Policy ensures that our decisions are guided by the priorities of customers and the wider community. We are committed to following the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) core values in our stakeholder engagement activities.
As part of our five year plan we have committed to holding Annual Performance Forums (APF) where a representative group of customers will critique our progress against delivery of outcomes and our broader performance as well as provide recommendations for action. The APF is a key element of ensuring our accountability to customers during the 2018-2023 period.
Establishing the Customer Panel is one way that GVW is attempting to provide opportunities for our customers to inform decision-making.
