Annual Customer Survey Underway

Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) customers may be contacted over coming weeks to assist with the Corporation’s annual satisfaction surveying process.
Once a year GVW undertakes a telephone survey of customers across our region to determine satisfaction levels with our services. The survey is carried out independently and reported across the water industry.
GVW Communications Officer, Alice Russell, said customers who receive calls regarding this are encouraged to take a few minutes to respond.
“The survey is authorised by GVW,” she said. “Customers can be assured that the data obtained is secure and confidential and that the Corporation will at no time link survey responses to any personal information.”
“We appreciate input from customers of all demographics, residential and business customers. Your participation is important and greatly appreciated.”
Data from the customer survey is used as part of GVW’s strategic planning process and will also assist with understanding customer values and priorities.
