17 NOV NUMURKAH & WUNGHNU

17 NOV 2017 - Customers in Numurkah and Wunghnu will experience some taste and odour issues in their water supply. The problem is due to algae dying off in the reservoir and our operators are currenlty working to rectify the problem. Taste and odour is expected to improve as water is replenished in the system. WATER REMAINS SAFE to use for all purposes, including drinking. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

17 NOV SHEPPARTON

SEWER MAINTENANCE: Maintenance works on the sewer main at 14-18 Fordyce St and 3-7 McDermott Street Shepparton will commence on Friday 17 November and are expected to be completed on Monday 20 November.

Customers will not be affected by the works however there may be some noise as equipment and trucks will be on site in Fordyce Street. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

15 NOV COBRAM

2pm Update: Water supply has returned to normal in Cobram.
If you experience dirty water please run a tap at the rear of your property till the water runs clear. Thanks to customers for their patience whilst the issue was rectified.

WATER MAIN BURST - CHARLES ST, COBRAM. Customers will experience water loss due to a water main burst. GVW staff are currently on site to rectify the issue however customers may be without water whilst repairs are made We apologise for the inconvenience.

WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION: Customers in Janadrew Street KILMORE will experience water supply interruptions due to planned maintenance works on THURSDAY 16 NOVEMBER between 11am and 1pm.

To minimise the inconvenience please: store water in containers for drinking and cooking; fill your sink/bath with water for washing and flushing the toilet; turn off appliances that use water.

When water supply is restored, please run a tap at the rear of your property till the water runs clear. For further advice or information contact 1800 454 500.

14 NOV SEYMOUR

WATER MAIN SHUTDOWN - PROGRESS ST, SEYMOUR. Customers will experience water loss due to an emergency water main shutdown. The shutdown was required to avoid a major burst. Works have now been completed. If you experience dirty water please run a tap at the rear of your property till the water runs clear. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Customers in Christie Avenue Cobram will experience water supply interruptions due to planned maintenance works on WEDNESDAY 15 NOVEMBER between 11am and 1pm.

13 NOV NUMURKAH

UPDATE 4.30pm - unfortunately works were not completed today as planned due to some unrecorded valves on the pipeline. Works will recommence THURSDAY 16 NOV. Customers will be without water between 9am and 12pm.

UPDATE 1.20pm - The shutdown has been delayed and the main will be worked on from 1.30 - 3pm. We apologise for the inconvenience.
