Water Accounts are issued to residential customers three times per year and require payment within 28 days of the date of issue.
Accounts are usually posted to residential customers, however you can sign up to receive your account via email, set up a direct debit or online at MyPost Digital Mailbox. We also offer a variety of ways for you to pay your account and can assist you if you are having financial difficulty.
As the owner and occupier of a property you are responsible for service and usage charges, details about how to read your account can be found here.
If you are a residential tenant and your property is separately metered, your landlord can make you responsible for payment of water usage charges. More information about tenant responsibilites can be found here.
