Community Consultation

Goulburn Valley Water project teams actively seek and value community feedback from customers when making decisions that could affect them. Select members of staff are trained in the principles of The International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) which is a stakeholder engagement model that promotes the values and leading practices associated with involving the public in decisions that impact their lives.

A Corporate Community Reference Committee meets quarterly to discuss general business issues. GVW also forms Community Reference Committees for specific projects if required.
