Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Underway

Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) customers may be contacted over coming weeks to assist with the Corporation’s annual satisfaction surveying process.
Once a year GVW undertakes a telephone survey of customers across our 54 towns to determine satisfaction levels with our services. The survey is carried out independently and reported across the water industry. It is also used as part of the strategic planning process at GVW.
General Manager Corporate Services, Danny Hogan, said customers who receive calls regarding this are encouraged to take a few minutes to respond.
“The survey is authorised by GVW,” he said. “Customers can be assured that the data obtained is secure and confidential and that the Corporation will at no time link survey responses to any personal information.”
“We appreciate input from customers of all demographics, including young and old customers, and tenants and home owners. Your participation is important and greatly appreciated.”
