CCTV Sewer Inspection Program - Notice to Customers in Shepparton and Mooroopna

Goulburn Valley Water customers in the vicinity of the streets listed below in Shepparton and Mooroopna are advised that a Closed Circuit Television Survey of the sewers will commence from the week of 2 November 2009.  The survey of Shepparton sewers is scheduled to be completed within three weeks and in Mooroopna within two weeks.

List of streets affected in Shepparton:

  • Bluebird Street

  • Clifton Street

  • Fryers Street

  • Henderson Street

  • Hill Street

  • Holland Street

  • Inverness Avenue

  • Knight Street

  • Maude Street

  • Michel Street

  • Paterson Road

  • Regent Street

  • Sheehan Crescent

  • St Andrews Road

  • Wyndham Street

List of streets affected in Mooroopna:

  • Archer Street

  • Emma Street

  • Howe Street

  • Lenne Street

  • Graeme Street

Closed Circuit Television Survey is an innovative technology, which allows the Corporation to view and record the condition of the sewer system, via existing sewer manholes.

The works will not affect the use of the sewer system, although the sewers will need to be accessed for survey. Properties identified as having a sewer manhole will receive separate notification regarding access to the manholes.
