The Victorian Government, in conjunction with
Goulburn Valley Water and other local water suppliers, is committed to helping
you save water.
Be
rewarded for buying and installing water smart products in your home.
The Water Smart Gardens and Homes Rebate Scheme has been extended for four more
years from 1 July 2007, with some exciting new products.
New products included in the rebate scheme:
-
Hot water recirculating devices that help save the cold water which
initially comes out of the hot water taps when first turned on. These

The rebate
for water efficient showerheads has been split into two rebates - the
existing rebate of $10 for showerheads costing between $30 and $100, and a
new rebate of $20 for showerheads costing over $100. In addition,
households can now claim two showerhead rebate per eligible property.
-

the purchase of one or more products with a COMBINED VALUE of $100 or more
is made). These include:
·
rainwater
diverters
·
