Payment Assistance
If you are having trouble
paying your account, please contact us on 1300 360 007. We have a range of
alternative options to assist you and can provide information on government
assistance that may be available. EasyWay The amount of your EasyWay instalment is calculated by dividing the total yearly amount of your Goulburn Valley Water accounts (based on the previous year’s consumption) into more manageable payments. EasyWay helps you to budget more effectively by smoothing out the billing process. Payments can be made at any Australia Post Office or the Corporation's Regional Administration Centre, 104-110 Fryers Street Shepparton. The minimum payment using the card is $10.00 and there is no need to present your account when making payments. Please note there is no fee for an EasyWay payment card.
What is the Utility Relief Grant Scheme (URGS)? The URGS provides once-off assistance for domestic customers who are unable to pay their utility bills due to temporary financial crisis. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the Utility Relief Grant Scheme you need to show that unexpected hardship has left you seriously short of money so that you cannot pay your utility bill without assistance, and risk disconnection of supply. You need to hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card. Examples of such events would include:
