Goulburn Valley Water currently have an excellent
career opportunity for an experienced Customer
Service professional to step up with our fun,
diversed and stable business. The Team leader
- Technical Customer Services is responsible for
ensuring that GVW's technical customers receive
appropriate information and advice in accordance
with legislative requirements and approved GVW
processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Additionally, the role will assist Technical
Customer Services in developing and leading the
team's sustainable excellence program, continuous
improvement and provide quality decision making.
You will
have extensive experience in providing high level
customer service, and the ability to interpret,
develop or respond to policies and standards.
Key
skills required to succeed in the role are a
demonstrated ability to lead a small team, an
exceptional understanding to Microsoft Office
Packages, strong communication skills (both written
and oral) and a team player who enjoys fun at work.
